I don't care if people come to the US to get a better life. Just do it legally. This 'free pass' is a slap in the face to all those that did the deed legally. My mother spent 7 years to get her citizenship and had to work hard to get it. Illegals need to become legal and not just get a free pass.

Just like the City Council and the ACLU to support the bad guys. Can someone please explain how cameras in a Public Area violate privacy laws? These cameras are no different then traffic cams. Those are public cameras in a public area. I can agree with the privacy concerns if they were pointed at private property of placed in private property, but this is out in the open with the goal of reducing crime. Cameras are already bought and paid for, the installation is free, the business in the area want them. What the hell?
No, you are 100% right. I'm just saying most people update their voter's profile at the same time. Most people. You are right that you don'tautomatically register to vote at the same time. However, if we can't trust people to be in the country legally, how can we trust that an illegal doesn't register to vote? It is a felony to vote if you are not a citizen, but since there is no way to prove it before you vote in a vote by mail situation, what is to stop an illegal to register and then vote?
