The amazing part about this whole saga is that this is being totally driven by the "New Media". This is the second time in almost as many weeks that small media, internet bloggers, talk radio and social networking sites have had major impact on Washington. First with Van Jones and now this. The Senate just voted 83-7 to disallow federal funding to go to acorn to fund HUD programs. When is the last time the Senate had any vote that was 83-7? For anything? Journalism is not dead. It's just evolving to a place where our traditional forms of media are becoming obselete.
