Just to clarify Williams was not fleeing he was in Florida because his mother was on her deathbed and she past away on the 13th
thankfully she never learned about what her son is being charged with.
I also do not believe he ever touched a child...He may have been heading in that direction eventually.
Is he sick...YES
Should he be punished YES
