Could also be that the goal is to put pressure on congress to vote down BO's plans by addressing those issues on the signs, in great numbers, which has to be done, whether he's impeached or not, especially since an impreachment process takes so much, too much, time. Obama, or Pelosi or whomever, will continue to write new bad laws, even during an impeachment process. I would, however, like to hear Glenn's side of it, since my thoughts on this are pure conjecture.
