I think a conference should have the best speakers and leaders that they can find in that particular field, no matter what race. It's the same for hiring a coach in any sport. I do agree that having speakers and leaders from different backgrounds would definitely add so much more to a conference. I think if the organizers truly sought to find the best speakers on church planting, then it would naturally be a diverse bunch. That's the way God works. Hopefully you'll see this in the years to come.
I'm stressing about getting a bunch of forms filled out for my visa for South Africa. I've had tons of time, but just found out that I have to get background checks and medical clearances and such.
I actually love going into new churches for the first time and meeting new people. Guess I'm the only one.
Then I guess your not going to heaven. Just kidding.
Oh yeah. I've seen goats who do that. I used to live in Olympia,WA. AC is an awesome thing. If just some people were affected by it, who otherwise would have not been, it is successful. The churches behind it have raised a ton of money the past few years though.
