Thirty years ago Iranians were cursed when carter became president of the USA and helped bring hell onto Iranians by propping up khomeini and calling him the Persian saint" -- sort of like messiah of hopenchange? -- and two years ago once again Iranians were cursed again when they were finally united and courageously faced death in the face and came out in the street to demand their human rights and democracy and there was another shameful contemptible man as president of USA who also liked the mullahs. carter and obama both took the side of the mullahs and chose to stab the people in the back to make "grand bargains" w/ the devils and damned be the people. Now obama has made another thirty years of hell for the Iranians and hell is probably coming here and to the rest of the world too. Damn shame obama. damn shame on this lousy president.
All this gripe and recriminations here. It's as though nothing had happened on 9/11/2001. This is not a left issue or right issue. I am a lifelong Democrat who am turning Tea Party right at full tilt. I am also of Middle Eastern descent and what I have told family members, cousins and nieces and nephews as well as myself each and everyday is that we should be grateful to be living under the security and justice in this country than in the basket case land where we came from. These security challenges must be tolerated and obeyed and if some of us are going to be scrutinized more, so be it. I know what these murderous terrorists are capable of and I rather live free from their terror in this land than allow them inch by inch to take this last bastion of hope away from all of us.
Nothing will be as effective as the same billboard going back up across from the original one with the caption, "Your tax dollars at work…The EPA is now paying the American Lung Association to attack Republicans" boldly printed in red on the very top. Fighting fire with fire ... or better yet, if they bring a knife to the fight, we bring the guns!
