No Borders and Binaries : Gay Muslims

Loved this post and its a very interesting documentary. The bit which actually "shocked" me (although its true) is when a certain guy in the documentary mentions how his family is from India,Pakistan,Bangladesh and they now reside in the UK.They live in UK but their mind is still in Indian subcontinent.A very nice way to put it actually and so true. As a desi in India,I have no problems with gays.I don't understand why they get the "treatment".Its so unfair.

Oh and only realized the referee for the game is Mike Riley who is famous for giving penalties in the favour of Manchester United. Let's see how that turns out then!

I sincerely hope that the game doesn't turn out to be a dull disaster which many of the big games turn out to be. It would be better if Drogba starts instead of Anelka because Drogba has the skill and physical strength to probably weaken the Manchester United defense and I see Vidic as their weakest link. Also,Chelsea should try for as many efforts on goal coz Van Der Sar looks shaky especially after the blunder last week at Anfield. I don't think Ronaldo should start just yet or if he does then as you mentioned it shows the desperateness of Sir Alex to get some points on the board and its not smooth sailing for them as yet.

90 minutes on the pitch! : Van Der Vaart move to Real Madrid is confirmed

Yeah I agree. And to top that off,he would be playing in Europe which he didn't get much of a chance at Hamburg and Ajax.If he did then he didn't get that high level exposure which he would get in Spain because chances of Madrid progressing further in Europe are more than what it is with Hamburg or Ajax. Let's see how he plays over the weekend.First game in La Liga for VDV!

Lol that remains to be seen. Both SWP and Robinho both working together would not go well with Scolari or Abramovich! lol

He is good but over rated to some extent especially after he returned from injury last season. Before that he would dazzle his feet and try for every ball but later it was like just gimme the ball and I would run with it and not give my 100%. Lets wait for EPL to return!

90 minutes on the pitch! : Barton banned for 12 games

Yeah I wouldn't be shocked if they send him out on loan or something or somewhere else during the winter transfer window. Yeah I read about that, its very harsh indeed but both the clubs have challenged it so I think it would be reduced.

C'mon many clubs do not transfer their players to rival clubs and especially when the players are of such caliber as Robinho.(Its another story how he's a back stabber and a sissy!).Winning the trophy is another story,we're talking about the transfer or in this case NO TRANSFER. :p Well as far as I know it is a Lebanese dish,am not sure if its popular throughout the middle east or no.

Firstly, don't be a whiner about not getting Robinho.I would rather call Calderon a smart businessman. He not only sent a player to a club that paid more money but also a team that they won't face in Europe. Its better than selling the player to another Champions League contender club and be nailed by the same player you offloaded or well in this case,he whined to be transferred. Secondly, about the Spurs game I was also shocked to see Belleti playing.I mean I thought they had gotten rid of the player(and like many other players Chelsea sign and trash them after the first season) but yeah Spurs were lucky to get that goal and eventually a point. Thirdly, wouldn't it be uber cool if SWP and Robinho both dazzle against Chelsea!! P.S.,Shawarma is a Lebanese dish whereas the new Manchester City owners are from UAE. :p

Yeah which is a sad thing for the managers.Although I don't think that it would be the same case with every club, like Manchester United and Arsenal don't function that way.

Yeah but I think the club decides where the ground is to be used or I guess the council of that area.Like Wembley was trashed after a concert right before some game,so JJB only held a rugby game which happens often there.

I frankly think he deserves the highly paid tag because how many other midfielders create that many goals for you and score as well. And show you that much determination and be an inspirational figure by scoring a penalty after just 3 days of your family members' demise. That speaks a lot about his character and how much he loves Chelsea.
