I have the top two teams in one division and the next best four in the other. So what if Penn State has to come east two or thee times a year. I'm guessing they fly to most of their road games anyway.

As you recognize, the problem with your divisions is Wisconsin. They get screwed. No one gets screwed in my set-up.
