Thanks for your help. I found this link: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3086227?star... based on your info and delete the file named "NetworkInterfaces.plist". I then restarted my computer and restored with iTunes. I did the JB again and it seems now working alright. Thanks for all the comments.

Excuse my ignorance. Can you be more specific what I need to do to 'point it to Apple's servers' so I can restore it with iTunes? Much appreciated.

I have tried to restore with iTunes, but it gives me the message "Your iPhone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build". I am on 5.0.1 not 5.0. Any other suggestions before I try to erase all content and settings on my phone. It may be my last resort.

I have rebooted many times. Every time I restore from earlier backup it reboots. I followed comments from other sites to turn on Restriction and then turn off again, but no help.

I have an iPhone 4s 5.0.1. After JB, I have now lost all icons on phone dock area, Cydia and absinthe icon. Restore from backup does not resolve it. Tried to restore from iTunes but it did not allow it. Please help.
