Note the DH pantry is way bigger and nicer than my outdated, small tiny cramped ,confining useless kitchen!! :)
The skys in these were breath taking! I want to paint them!!! When we get there! It was really neat to see how they built this and to go to the other sites and see the actual design choices that were made and why. My husband is a contractor for construction and he had a blast on the building site blogs looking at how it was constructed! When we move there:) if anyone needs a quality contractor for your building and remodling ideas he is your man! My husband has41 years in the construction business and really knows his craft! Although he wants to take a year off to enjoy our new home God willing!!!!
I would so love to be able to role out perogi dough with the kids and grandkids on that counter! I never get to see any of them during the holidays! I am always stuck in a tiny kitchen, that looks like the DH pantry with only 2 feet of counter space!! They all get to talk with each other and stick their heads in every now and again to see how I am doing! I would love to cook with all of them and have them involved in the dinners! Gail would be sitting right at the counter elbow deep in flour stuffing the perogis!!! The 4 little granddaughters would be hard to get out of the playhouse!:) I have been a closet foodie for years and would love to try out all my cookbooks!!!! I love to cook!!!!
Interesting blogs! I believe my biggest dream right now is to be pain free, healthy and living in the dream home, that is ours and paid for! Then I would have to say that it would be, pain free, healthy and for the rest of my family to be healthy. I dream that all americans could have health care and not worry about losing their home to pay for an operation that would save your life! I dream that my husband would be healed from the ringing in his ears and would not have to work so hard and finally be able to follow his dream of traveling and living away from the cold for his lungs!I have almost given up on material dreams like having my own studio/gallery and not ever having to worry about money ever again! Dreams hmmmm. God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference!
I am addicted to watching these videos! The art work in this home is wonderful!! I would love to set up a small gallery/shop in the area! After all Georgia O'keeffe was from Wi! I can see why she left the frozen tundra to move to this beautiful part of the country! Maybe I can convince my husband to give up a part of the garage for a small studio for me if we win! I pray every day for God to bless us with finally having a home to call our own!
How can i not EVER get tired of watching these videos! I drool with lust every time I watch them! Excellent job to the crew for the work on these! I pray that I can send these to my friends when I win it, to make them drool! lol!
