Has anyone actually been to that dog park? It already has benches, parking and trails. It has a nice creek that our dogs drink from..........could this be another waste of taxpayer money?

Guess what?? There is another side of this story. My husband, also a Vietman vet, had Mulitple Myeloma and lived in the Veterans Home in Marshalltown. He had an emergency and none of the hospitals could take him so he had to go to the VA hospital. They said his kidneys were failing and filled him full of morphine until he died. They couldn't find any sign of kidney problems when they did the autopsy. So needless to say I am not as happy and ready to say how great the VA hospital is yet. I am very glad you had a very good outcome but just to let you know that is not always the case.
Yes there is a dog park, we were just there this morning. It is in Squaw Creek County Park. btw I would not take my dog to the market because it is to hot and she loves to meet new people to much.
Here's another cash cow for you.........if you get one of those home security systems, the police dept charges you $25 a year,..............I don't know why....the system isn't wired to the police dept.
