Like Diana, I too am excited about the myriad of possibilities that delving into my own psyche with Silva presents! I can hardly wait until my actual CDs get here. Other than rent or a car, I have rarely spent this much money on anything. But I was so very drawn to do this, in a way I can't explain. My name is Steph and I am a brand new member, I am waiting for some money to come in (probably within the next week) so that I can buy the Silva Intuition System. I can hardly wait!! I have never heard of the Mirror Technique or the White Frame before. But I have downloaded the Centering Exercise and have used it several times. The only change it has brought to my life is an increased sense of peace. And while this is excellent, I want more! I am going to do the Centering Exercise with the white and blue frames now.
