I am 53 and have been a Christian since I was 8. My experience has been that there are always questions and always will be questions. On the rare occasions when I have met someone who claimed they didn't have any questions about faith or how God's plan is being worked out. I assumed they were untruthful or needed to fool themelves. My story is like the man in Mark 9 who Jesus told "all things are possible for for him who believes" and he immediately answered, "I do believe, help me overcome my unbelief."

I have enjoyed this thread becuase it makes me think through the whole concept of submission. I don't think that a husband is the boss of his wife. We know CHRIST, to whom we all need to submit men and women, never bossed anyone around. HE was perfect in his authority and did not feel the need to make people do anything. There are things that HE wants us to do, but HE never demands that we do them, even though HE knows it would be best for us for us if we did. If my authority causes me to demand certain things, maybe the problem is me.

Cool. Good enough for me. I admire you guys and the work you are doing. As far as being thankful, I'd ask my wife first. Hang in there.
