So AG Gonzales shuts down a legitimate investigation into the congresswomen in exchange for support on other legislation??? I'm thinking of a word................what is it???? EXTORTION!!! Both parties suck, both parties are corrupt.
At this point I think I would rather have these clowns distracted with their own corruption than "working for the people". The more they work for the people the more freedom we seem to lose.
Isn't Joe Lieberman the chairman of the Homeland Security Committe in the Senate? As I recall, Sen Joe received allot of goodwill from conservatives during election season due to the common sense he was showing regarding the war.. As many (myself included) wonder where the honorable liberals are, I would think that Joe Lieberman should be all over this. At least get the DHS Sec. in a televised hearing to explain herself, her department, and this ridiculous report. (I haven't heard a peep from McCain on this either now that I think of it)

babbs, i strongly agree with you on reading "Rules for Radicals". It is completely void of any principles and values and elevates results of the cause. It definitely will inform you on the tactics that many in the political class employ. I rank it up with there with Sun Tzu. Both writings lack any hint of morality but are effective none the less if morality is not one's aim.
