I just saw The Transformers Dark Side of the moon DVD and when the AutoBots are banished off the planet the reporter states that " the House Majority Leader (Boehner) sponsered the legislation etc.... Didn't they forget that the Senate must also pass it and Obama has final say. C'mon .Really ? Really.? Couldn't they have blamed the U.N. ? NO.No. It was those evil Republicans. SHEESH !!!!
The rest of America that watches the MSM don't have the simplest understanding that every regulatory agency is doing Obama's bidding.This is civics 101 but I talk to people who don't watch Fox or listen to AM radio or go on websites like this and they look bewildered when it is explained to them.That is why Obama's approval ratings are so high (yes I said high).Low 40's come on.Remember when Bush was at 26% when we had 7.5 % unemployment?. BTW has anyone seen the Solyndra scandal mentioned on MSNBC?. I can only barely stand Morning Joe so I can't speak for the other programs. Good point about the states that allow gay marriage.Maybe they can serve in the National guards of those states.I didn't like the fact that the gay soldier's You Tube Question started with a lie. I understand that socialists don't think they are religious but I have a brother-in law and sister-in law who still believe (as in religiously ) that " True Communism has never been tried ". Labeling the old USSR system, Stalinism or in the case of China ,Maoism is just a way to hide the failures of Socialism and Communism.Marxism of course is supposed to be a natural evolution of Democracy but mankind is inherently impatient so revolutions were carried out to hurry it along.I don't think Hitchens looks at people who believe in these political systems as religious followers but that is how they act.When you watch a debate by Desousa and Hitchen on you tube he loves to go on about religious wars and all the deaths from crusades etc... but we all know that the regimes of Stalin and Mao killed more people in 50 years than all religious persecutions in the history of the world combined.As a Yank(and we have blood on our hands as well) I don't believe your ancestors killed as many as you think.BTW a little off subject but since you brought it up.Why did the Indians start slaughtering each other when the British left?Oh yeah. religion.Score another one for Mr. Hitchens I guess.Fun talking with you.
Yes he is a hypocrite.I may be wrong but he has not attacked the religions of the Marxist Leninist Communists for killing hundreds of millions of people(by blunder or murder) in the last century.You will probably call them political parties but I submit that anything that has failed as greatly and still has BELIEVERS must be labeled a religion because it sure isn't science at this point..
