Come to Tennessee where our lawmakers said any Federal Cap and Trade would not apply to us! There is NO state income tax! There was quite a tax revolt several years ago when a Republican Governer tried to pass it; thousands of cars passed the state capitol blowing horns and legislators, who supported the Governer, were almost afraid to go out on public!
