Sorry for the loss, but my simpathy ended when I read about this lawsuit. I hope the estate and family lose the lawsuit and have to end up paying their own lawyer and/or at least misc costs involved plus the park's attorneys and costs.

What you call "Arab Jews that lived in Palestine long before the creation of Israel" are Sephardim Jews, they also lived all over the Middle East and were expelled for being Jews, they emigrated to Israel. Ashkenazi Jews have also lived in Israel for centuries; many of them arrived from Europe after successive European pogroms and many more around the time of WW2.

The main aim of the Palestinians (read Hamas' charter, see how the Palestinians educate their children in regards to Israel and Jews) and the rest of the Muslim world (over 1.5 Billion people or about 25% of the world's population) is to annihilate Israel and it's Jewish population (6 million Jewish and 1.5 million Arab citizens). The 1967 borders would be the surest way of getting closer to Israel's demise, just take a look at what that map would look like.
