The crooks are not all gone. I can name a half dozen just off the top of my head.

Plenty of bad appraisers have gotten off with a minimum fine and some course work, when in reality if the investigator would have done his job, they would have lost their license and been facing criminal charges.

We need four or five more Erins. Good ole boys rules need to end and folks need to go to jail for what they have done to consumers and the industry.

Well said! Haven't seen any true innocents hurt by Erin and her crew doing their jobs. In fact, I recognize many of the folks who should have been run out on a rail. Erin provided the train.
