I believe I've heard Judge Napolitano speak to the fact that the states could collectively address the unconstitutionality of the Federal Reserve. How to get the states to unite on this issue, among several issues, and address the issues as a collective I don't know. At the time the Income tax and Federal Reserve were voted into being, I understand that many considered both to be unconstitutional, yet, they passed -- after years of debate on the income tax, anyway. Why didn't the states oppose both at the time-- in 1913?? Instead, I have read that the signatures of 30+ state governors were forged in ratification. With these new proposals from the White House promoting more power and jurisdiction for the Fed, something must be done. How do we get the states to act and abolish the Fed....AND the income tax?
