Ah yes...the bi-polar meth addict, the alcoholic couple who got in screaming matches every night and the two pill poppers. It was lovely. People urinating on my fence, garbage and alcohol bottles being thrown over the fence into my yard. The smell of human feces...yes, they did their business in the yard. OH did I forget to mention all the "lovely" friends these people bring with them. The freaks came day and night. A positive? We had a high police presence. Someone was always being carted off. Thankfully this person was just a renter and the owner booted him and his compassion right out on the street. If these neighbors are experiencing anything like what I did then I applaud them. It was reported in October 2010 and I didnt find out about it until I refinanced my house in March. About the same time, KVAL reported on other consumers reporting that Hollywood was saying they owed them money. I believe it was to the tune of 250,000 customer. This dropped my credit score by 100 points and I had to print out KVAL's report to prove my innocence, write a letter stating I didn't owe this to my new credit lender as well as call the credit bureaus to make a complaint and file a complaint with the AG office. All charges ended up being waived but I will never again trust a corporation like Hollywood Video. All they have to say is you didnt turn in your video and you are screwed. So THANK YOU Kval for helping your local consumers! I should also add that Hollywood video never sent out collection notices nor did the collection agency, which made the negative credit reports illegal.
