Rare Earth is an American rock band affiliated with Motown's Rare Earth record label (which was named after the band), who prospered in 1970-1972. Although not the first white band signed to Motown, Rare Earth was the first big hit-making act signed by Motown that consisted only of white members, although a Chicano percussionist later joined the group.

An affordable, mass-produced, electric car will not be available in 5-10 years. They may never be available, because electricity alone just isn't powerful enough to move heavy machines at a speedy rate. And I won't infringe on your freedom to continue living in your parents' basement.

Liberals seem to hold a funny notion that as long as people just have insurance, they'll be okay. But, in the real world, it's not insurance that saves lives; it's health care. If you guarantee insurance to more people without increasing the supply of health care, economic doom is surely on the way.
