I think Breitbart should keep the original post as the head video for as long as this continues to playout. We all know the video was nothing about Shirley Sherrod BUT the attitude of the audience during her remarks - which has not been discussed at all. On CNN they are actually arguing that it isn't fair to bring up her other racist comments now - they have nothing to do with the "edited" video and how she was "wronged"...............are you kidding!! So, since the NAACP, White House, USDA, etc., etc., jumped the gun - she gets a free pass for saying anything else racist during the entire clip - such as all of us that don't support Obamacare are racist.............we don't support this bill because Obama is black.

I think the fact that Congress gave the environmentalist the right to file direct suit sets a precedent. If Congress feels that it is appropriate (and this case law has been held up in the Supreme Court) for citizens to be able to file suit in essence as a "mouthpiece"/"protector" of our environment - how could it not be held up that we have a right to protect our country. Further, taxes are being collected and/or agencies created to enforce these laws - hence an "enforcement suit"............. The irony is that the group that has used this argument the most - The Sierra Club - and has prevailed against the federal government (EPA) for not enforcing environmental laws.............

I think it's time for citizens to begin filing suits against the federal government - Citizen Suits/Enforcement Suits - which are allowed under our environmental laws (Clean Air Act in 1970). "In the U.S., a citizen suit is a lawsuit by a private citizen to enforce a statute." I don't believe there is one American that wouldn't have "standing" as very clearly each on one of us was harmed by the lack of immigration enforcement that lead to the 9/11 attacks on our Country. Further, we can show that there is a continued threat to us based purely on the recent unsuccessful terrorist attempts. The Arizona lawsuit is based on what "might' happen - in the case of immigration enforcement - we've already seen what happened by the lack of enforcement and the threat is imminent. Seems like a much stronger case..................

Robert - you are EXACTLY right - the last payments for the extended unemployment benefits approved by Congress were paid July 11, 2009. What they should be talking about is the fact that all of these people fell off unemployment during July and STILL the number of continuing claims increased! The Dow increasing has more to do with the Obama's healthcare plan taking a tank than anything else..............the investors are watching his and healthcare numbers dive and they are less scare of what he's going to be able to do to them.
