I love knowing these killing units are being destroyed and used for things like
man hole covers! Too many guns go to people who will harm others with them.
So, grind 'em, melt 'em... get 'er done!!

I have never encountered this type of horror personally. But the stress that hospitals are under for staffing and budget cuts etc., has to be a part of this scenario. Nurses are not saints, nor are they criminals.
They have the toughest jobs and work long, hard hours. But there are always those few, who are not
honest, and are thieves, addicts, and yes, murderers. I would hate to see an industry set back because of a few bad people on board. There are doctors that make monumental mistakes like cutting off the wrong limbs etc., but there are also great doctors. "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater" comes to mind.

When one considers the 'health' benefits of grass, and the 'non confrontational' arrests made for smoking a joint.. you have to ask..Who Is In Control? Alcohol is controlled.
Thousands of people die every year either directly or indirectly from alcohol related causes.
Cigarettes kill thousands every year. Cigarettes have taxes on them that will eventually cripple the market... but people are hooked... and getting hooked every day. Booze and Tobacco are both killing our friends and neighbors., I have not, to this day, heard of anyone
being addicted to grass... killed anyone on grass...it's too simple to grow apparently, and that may be the issue. When we stop locking up addicts, and instead, put them into a program to get them in recovery..we will see results. When we finally cut the stigma regarding hemp, grass, marijuana..... and see that it is less harmful than just about anything else we might take for nausea, stress, depression.. MAYBE then, the government will see an advantage to decriminalization of pot smokers. As someone said recently, " Our constitution guarantees our right to happiness"... pot makes you happy. Period.

Drew Peterson's trial will be a media frenzy because he is such an ass. Being a cop makes it even more difficult, but not impossible to bring him to justice. I haven't heard any of his
'co -cops' say a word. I can't imagine Drew Peterson being loyal to anyone..... but,
the show he 'created' will go on, and God willing, a jury will hold him accountable.

Those of us who have lived with an abusive person, know well, the silence that is kept, due to fear. We all know that Drew Peterson appears guilty as sin. He is an ass. That is a fact. He probably killed two women because they got sick of his bullying and ranting.
Unfortunately, these issues with policemen and violence are based on statistics.
Drew Peterson became a cop for power. Most that abuse, abuse for power. Period.
Thank God, it is only a few...but even that is too many.
