I'm a NORML supporter, too, but I think we should be able to agree that '420' was around long before California introduced any bill regarding pot legislation.
The truth is that nobody KNOWS where the 420 came from, definitively. The author states that its 'believed to stem...blah blah blah'. That hardly qualifies as 'non-fiction'.

I think a very select few are realizing that Obama is shooting in the dark. With absolutely no executive experience, what could we expect?
But, honestly, I think it will take most of his 4 years for most democrats to realize that they over-estimated him. Even longer for the diehard Bush-haters.
Libertarians are the only party that comes close to your hopes in a party, that I've found. Small mind-your-own-business kinda government people...but they won't be strong enough to win an election until it's too late to change the legislation that will be enacted in the next 5-10 years.
