I WAS IN MILANO AND THE NEW LAW CAME OUT ABOUT WEARING A SEAT BELT OR GET FINED.....THE RESOURCEFUL NAPOLITANOS CAME UP WITH A WHITE SHIRT WITH A BLACK SEAT BELT PRINTED ON IT ACROSS THE CHEST SO YOU COULD WEAR IT AND APPEAR TO BE WEARING A SEAT BELT...IT TOOK A FEW MONTHS BUT THE CARABINIERI FINALLY CAUGHT ON...
