Thanks for the head's up about the stroller. We were always pretty aggressive with our BOB Stroller. We even brought it most of the way up Angel's Rest! However, I appreciate your more sensible observation. Vince

Thanks for the comments! Yes, I agree that some of the paved trails here are a bit overrated, but at the end of the day, you're in Portland...not Kansas. :)

A single day would probably be fine. Just make sure you get there right when it opens, and try to go during the week. If it\'s a busy weekend, two days might be a better option.

Thanks for the comment Sandra. I haven never experienced high-speed riders on the Marine Drive trail, but I have almost been hit several times on the Springwater Corridor. Riders often approach so fast with little or no warning. If a kid ventures into their path, it\'s a recipe for disaster. People should slow down on these pathways, but they are used for commuter bikers as well as for families and kids.
