Well, I say she starts her own local daycare center now, and all the families from Childtime can come over and give business to a local company and keep their money, profit, and decision making local. No reason to ship of the profit and power out of state with something like childcare.
I can see that it was not her place to decide to donate services, but that doesnt mean the community needs to keep supporting this company either...
I definitely support the idea flood protection for both sides of our great city. I will be the first person lined up to back a solid plan to do so. However, I am not sold on voting yes for something that will affect me until my own retirement until I see a specific plan for use of the money. I want our city to come back better and stronger than ever, and I sincerely hope that specific plans are included in those 20 meetings that Corbett has planned.

Of course he wasnt there at 6 am, he was probably hanging out at the Road Ranger.... 12:45 is about right... Im sure he was back home asleep by then. What a loser. I am glad the woman was okay and reported the incident.
Absolutely terrible. Someone should cut something off of him with a pocketknife while he is conscious. What is even more rediculous is that this was two years ago and it is just now going to trial... his father never even got to have the closure of a trial.

As ridiculous as Trek Fest is to most of us outsiders, to the people of Riverside, this has been their summer celebration for many years. It seems to me, with the amount of people it brings in, that the community would more than recover their investment of money.
Our kid's school has a no peanut policy. It really isnt that big of a deal when it can save a child's life.
Ridiculous. Leave the guy alone. Clearly he did all he could... and lost his wife in the process.
