I received an e-mail this week asking me to send 1 tea bag to the White House on April 1st which I will do and sent the e-mail on. I wonder if it will be on the news "millions of tea bags" hit the White House? If nothing else I guess it will stimulate the postal system, another government entity.

We need more than one good apple in Washington, they would chew him/her up and spit him/her out. I think Bush was a good apple, but his hands were tied on every corner. John Grisham's book "The Appeal" appears to me to be more truth than fiction.

Recall them, there should be no bonuses. Millions of Americans have lost their savings and retirements due to the mismanagement of all these companies requesting a bail out. Isn't it AIG that carries the lucrative health and retirement plans for our political leaders?

Why?? And how would that stop fraud?? That would make a slow process even slower. Most everyone has been finger printed for one reason or another. Illinoise should be working on lowering their tax rates, I believe it has one of the highest in the USA.

There is NO global warming, this is more propaganda for spending our tax dollars.

My Greatest Fear.......
After watching, listening, and reading, I think our political figures are going to completely break our nation, and do it as quickly as possible before the majority of the people can even think about it. You can not borrow yourself out of debt.
We need some changes with one of the first being only self supporting citizens allowed to vote, maybe we should disallow all government employees too, since we pay their salaries. I have really never understood why my tax dollars should allow those I support to have a better life style than I do, a better health and retirement plan, and our speaker of the house has a private plane, thousands of tax dollars a month....... were suppose to share with those less fortunate, why not start at the top and work down?
Just venting, I have written my concerns to my congressmen through the years, and I have always voted for the most moral person on the ballet at election time.
