Well, if you want to throw around fancy looking stats like 20% population increase, (which is fairly meaningless considering where UH is located), then I can take your 1000 cars a day and make that less than 1 car per minute. Certainly Melrose can handle an extra car per minute?

Wow, maybe Mondanaro should let the city know that the buses run from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am. I bet that would be news to them.

Well, according to the last article, "The 12-foot-wide trail will sit in the middle of a 120-foot railroad right of way," so I don't think you have to fear snow being put from the trail onto a sidewalk of a private residence

I'm sorry, but these "concerns" are weak. To say that just because there is a trail that there will be bums and their property values will decrease is absurd.
