You're missing one major, and very possible explanation; that Obama has lived abroad, has enough money to go where ever he feels suits his desires, and is still young enough and overly abitious enough to try to take on more, from a larger, more powerful platform, such as the UN, A-la Al Gore. This man is never going to go away, like the rest of the former Dem POTUS's, but he's much more likely to make efforts to continue to control America in Al's (world government) template. The more damage he does to America, the more applauded he will be by an organization which is made up of more bad players and adversaries than otherwise. Consider his roots and his backers.
People are converting to Isalm in record numbers because they're affraid of not doing so. Kids are kidnapped by gangs with machettes in Africa, and then forced to continue that cycle.
