Ahh you beat me to it. I was just going to express this same point. The fact that ACORN chose this location for the basis of their suit is laughable. If you know that you are already operating illegally and you get busted for further illegal activity how can you have the audacity to file suit against those busting you. I know it's primarily because of the Maryland law(loophole for criminals) regarding uninformed consent to the video.
