A country that idolizes the Hoff - (as in Hasselhoff) as [gulp] a pop-musician, does not for sure have a single musical bone in the entire country. Things were different when Mozart was doing opium and whatever else, but for sheer lack of imaginative pop or rock, the Deutscheland sure is the fatherland.

Bottom-line: The Germany of today should try and stop making pop/rock. Maybe one of their Turkish rap bands might eventually become "cutting edge". For a hilarious documentary on Germany, watch Jeremy Clarkson's "Meet the Neighbours - Germany" on youtube [you can check it out from Netflix too].

Pray tell me - WHY does the old fart need a gig? In my opinion, when Dan was with Saddam, we knew exactly where Saddam was and when - precisely to the last meter. A GPS guided cruise missile could have pre-empted the US war on Iraq. Collateral damage? Just Dan I guess.

If Gore thinks he is GOD, he can stand in the middle of Dodger Stadium, and say "let the man who has not sinned against the environment cast the first stone". My bet would be that he'd be dead in a nano-second.

This proves that Al Gore has a long way to go before he becomes the second coming - even for the believers.
