What a pleasure to find your blog, David. I grew up in Columbus and studied clarinet with Don McGinnis and Les Nicholas among others. I so enjoyed hearing you play with the CSO when I lived there.

I still play on occasion but did not stay in music professionally. I'm looking for an Indian or Indian-inspired brief solo of some sort to play at a church service - the speakers that day will be sharing their experiences working this summer with a school in an impoverished region on the east coast of India. If you have any suggestions of something that would be somewhat forgiving of long-gone chops, I'd be most grateful.
