<description>I think that this is one of the most neglected areas when talking about productivity in the work place. Just from my own experiences, I&amp;#039;ve noticed there is a lot of conflict due to the failure to communicate. I believe it would help with productivity if employers took time to do some training on communication and emotional intelligence, since most people are not usually taught this anyway. Do you think this is an area where companies should take the time to invest in? </description>
