This journey I strived to take from skinny boy to muscley man was not just about adding pounds but adding confidence. I've never had much self belief whether it be in the gym or in life. This was something that held me back. At that point in my life I new a change was needed. I began to take the gym more seriously and made it a priority. I set myself regular goals and targets. The work I was putting into my weight training and nutrition plan was facilitating my confidence, not just from the visual changes but the new found energy I had. I started feeling more active at times when I'd normally feel tired and weak - this helped me finally take a real part in life.
Now I'm still fully committed to the change I made 3 years ago that helped me live a more spectacular life. My family and friends have noticed the changes in me but I want everyone to see them. As you well know Vince some want to go FURTHER - I'm one of those people. I’ve gave a lot of my life to fitness and nutrition and it seems I've reached a point in my life where I can go no further. I am very hopeful this program can help me reach new heights!

Hi Vince, I am very intrigued by this program you have developed and it is the type of workout guide I (and I'm sure many others) have been searching for.
My gym life began back when I was 16 when my muscle bound friend decided to lend me a helping hand with my fitness. I was naive in my early days, often hitting the bench press everyday and not bothering to train my legs. You see, not too dissimilar from your situation, I was also pretty skinny mainly due to my running and football (soccer) background. After many months spent in the gym my endeavors showed minimal gains. I decided that if I was going to continue on this gym route...it was going to be done properly. I wanted to turn heads!
