OK - I mis-spoke about gas in Seaside being $4.23 (that was a day or two ago)

Today (at the cheapest place in town):

hmmm .. Regular Gas == $4.23/gal .. uh - Yup .. Things are looking good .. Peh!

When someone installs/loads an innocuous application or program, and when the EULA, TOS, Privacy policy, general terms of use, etc etc etc is larger than the application installable or executable, just about NO ONE reads all that crap .. and even if you do read it, it is usually so deeply enmeshed with bureaucraptic double speak, and legal gobblygook, that it doesn't help at all. .. So, a 20,000 word TOS, for a simple desktop weather app?? .. Uh Huh ... turn off brain - close eyes ... "CLICK -- AGREE"
