We are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Operations who will have a critical role in the continuing expansion of our company in the automotive industry. Qualifications and Skills
For your candidacy to be considered your must have the following qualifications and skills:
• 10-15 years sales experience with a demonstrable record in growing sales and support organizations in rapid growth organizations.
• Exceptional track record in growing sales, account management and customer service organizations.
• Demonstrated success in selling technology based solutions to the automotive retail market.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and programs that achieve measurable sales results.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Experience in growing and managing both inside and outside sales organizations.
• Experience in developing successful sales and organizational processes and metrics, and managing to them.
• Experience in taking new applications and services through the product life cycle curve – from early adapter/introduction through high-growth and maturity phases.
• Success in working in small, medium and large organizations.
Nice to have:
Experience in selling with/to ad agencies and OEMs
Worked within the automotive industry at an OEM and or dealer level.
P&L and operational responsibility
Experience in selling “software as a service”.
