yes, but when we talk about domestic violence,, what comes to our mind is a abused women, and we all sympathises with her,, there is nothing wrong in that, but we have to look at the other side too, men are equally harassed by women,, why is there a WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY, why there are thousands of organisation working for women's development and not for men's..

when one talks about equality, then we should actually mean it. some feminists think that men are evil, what i m trying to say here is women are equally evil (thou i belive they are more evil then men)..

since you agree women and men are equally violent, i will put some points that will prove that women are more violent..

1. only a few, i would say around 30 % women are financially independent, and like men you take into account that there is 100% financial freedom among women.. the dowry related stuff will go down, 2nd when women are financially more independent they can be violent without any hindarance, most women dont show their violent side due to financial dependence.. once the women become independent the ratio of female to male violence will increase..

2. women are physically weaker, so they dont enter into violent fight ,if women were equally stronger the violence would have been double, still if women has reached a point where the violence ratio is equal, just imagine what would have they done if they were stronger too..

this is just the physical abuse we are talking about, but the actual area of women's expertise in the area of mental abuse.. i wud say all of the women race is mentally abusive,, nobody can deny this face..

as the society liberates, literacy rate, and fiancial independece increaes you will see the violent side of women coming out slowly, i would go as far as to say, women will dominate one day whole of men's population, and many many years from now, all men will be made into slaves
