The first link says "Debris fields are no longer visible." so thanks for proving me right. The second link is a blog about a former oceanographer who has gotten really good at predicting where and when things will land. Alas, he is not able to track it either. entering data into a computer and then reading what it spits out is not the same things as having a satellite track it which is what I was commenting on.
You know sometimes it's best to remain silent and let people thing your an idiot. Then log in and remove all doubt.
The problem is it's not large enough to be tracked by satellite. It was, initially but since then a lot of stuff has either sunk or just broken apart from the main flotilla. So we know there's a lot of junk out there and it will probably come to our shore. The problem is we don't know how much or when. As we have all seen our government is woefully inept at preferring for the inevitable.
She claims that she's never eaten a hamburger cause it's killing a life and blah blah blah but she just 'recently' switched to vegetarian? You know, if you're going to make up a story for the press at least make it believable.
The Hope and Change of his campaign was the most honesty we got out of him. He has done everything in his power in the last 3 years to Change our country from Democratic one to a Socialist one. And there are a lot of us HOPING someone stops him.
Yeah, there is no place on 522 (the Monroe to Woodinville segment) where the speed limit is listed as 25. Not anywhere. In face when you get past Woodinville (traveling eastbound) the speed limit drops from 60 to 55. You are either confusing 522 with 2 where the speed limit bounces back and forth and is WAY to high for the road. Or you are under the impression that curves are to be taken at 25 regardless of the speed limit. No waitaminute. I got it! You're talking about the on ramp. Either way there is a difference between taking legal risks and breaking the law. This topic is about a guy who took a legal risk, he wasn't breaking the law.
Are you sure you are talking about the right highway? I live in Monroe also and have never seen anyone pass on 522 part of the reason being is that passing on 522 is illegal. Period. Doesn't matter if it's one car or several. That's what that double yellow line in the center means. Now 203 is a different story.
Yet you typed it as one word. That is what you call a grammar nazi fail.
I especially like how Darin Miller implied that if a story is intriguing and well crafted than it doesn't really matter if it's stolen from someone else. I wonder if he would be as okay with that if it was his screenplay they had stolen from?
I have a purse that is designed for carrying a firearm. It has a separate compartment with a holster type of thing for the gun to be placed in. The compartment also has a locking zipper. If you feel the need to carry a gun (regardless if you have kids or not) at least try to be smart about it.
I don't see how this is random, horrible yes but not random. A rock slide is random, cars stopped on a highway for any reason may be annoying but it's not random.
Yes, we have all had those moments of looking up suddenly 'oh crap' and slam the brakes on quick. But if you are driving a motorbike, you need to realize that you don't have the luxury of those moments. You do not have a roll cage, there are no air bags or crumple zones to attempt to protect you. Riders are, by the very nature of their vehicle, very very very vulnerable. As car drivers we need to pay very close attention to them when they are near but they cannot assume (or hope for that matter) all drivers do this.
