A very good point. Still, I think Mr. Flynn's concerns about Santorum are valid.

You're all forgetting something: if Obama wins reelection, I'm betting he will find a way to subsidize failing liberal newspapers.

I've been supporting Romney as the better bet over Gingrich to defeat Obama. I've stuck up for him through Bain, Romneycare, flip flops, and so on. But he has seriously eroded my support for him by saying that Brokaw is a "very credible and respected journalist." I'm kidding. I think.

A reasonable position, except for one small thing: what leads you to believe that Obama would allow himself to be restrained by a Congress in the hands of the other party? After all, the Constitution means crap to him.

For the trillionth time, Obama is a freakin' Marxist. Are you looped you can't comprehend the danger he poses to all of us vs. whatever beef you have with Romney?

This is what conservatives who can't stand Romney say. It is also what Dem trolls who want to suck us into staying home if it's Romney say.

If it's Romney, I really believe that the Dems will launch a major campaign to rile up conservatives against him and the Republican Establishment: "Don't vote for the RINO"; "Send McConnell and Boehner a message"; "There's no difference between Obama and Romney." Question is, how many conservatives will allow themselves to be manipulated into handing the One a win.

Foolish? Saying I'll do whatever I must, sell my first born--whatever it takes to defeat Obama and rid us of Holder. Anybody on the right who does not ultimately support the anti-Obama, whoever he is, will bear some responsibility for what happens to this country if Obama is reelected.

Go ahead--stand tall on principles; maybe, if enough conservatives do that, they'll have a great view of an America laid low in a second term that will make the first seem positively innocuous. Obama must be defeated; everything else is secondary.

Romney isn't my guy but if he's the nominee, I'll crawl through a bin of used hypodermic needles to vote for him.

What drives me crazy is conservatives who say, "Romney? Obama Lite. Nah, I'll sit it out." IMO, such talk is foolish; Obama is so freaking far left he's in danger of floating off the planet. How can anybody who's been watching things unfold put Romney in the same boat with a guy who's trying to destroy the village in order to save it?

I can understand it if people question the primary process, the Establishment support of Romney, Romney's bona fides, on and on. But how anyone on the right who's watched the One can sit out the election is beyond me.

And by the way, if it is Romney, Dem Trolls will be all over sites like this one posing as hard righters who will not compromise their principles by voting for Obama Lite. Through such tactics, they aim to depress the vote for Romney. I'll bet that one of every three commenters who take that tack at the Bigs and other conservative sites are Dem plants.

On his show, Matthews issued an unequivocal apology on behalf of MSNBC in this matter. Even they can be ashamed, apparently.

Now there's this: New Haven's mayor, Democrat John DeStefano, has asked the legislature to permit illegals to vote in municipal elections. Where does it end?
