News flash: Not all cultures are equal. Poor nations have cultures of poverty. Violent nations have cultures of violence. Slave nations have docile cultures. Do you understand? Do you get it? A nation's success or failure is due to the culture of it's people. Culture is destiny.
If an advanced nation allows it's immigrants to keep their native cultures, then that advanced nation will not be advanced much longer. There was a time people understood this, but that was before the left wing ideological Puritans took over the universities.
"Assimilate or get out" is the only moral immigration policy. To enforce any other policy is anti-human. No people should be forced to sit by and watch as their nation is destroyed. It is sick to even ask them to do such a thing.

It is due to people like you that we will be forced to fight a civil war, instead of a war between civilizations.

The one flaw is the EU really can't bail them out, as the corruption would only continue because its a major win for the average Greek. The EU has only one choice -- kick Greece out.
As long as the Greek people get paid, save, and spend Euros, they will keep on scamming the gov't. and the EU. Only when they are forced to live with a weak, nearly worthless currency (based on the actual work ethic/fiscal policy of Greece) will they deal with their problems. Right now, its too profitable to keep doing what they're doing and passing the bills up to the EU.

From what I can see, the Greeks have been living large for a long time, paid for by:
1. a halo effect from the hard work and frugality of northern Europeans...
2. scamming their gov't., fellow citizens, and other Europeans...
....and now they are moaning because the scam is ending. Well boo hoo!

The first is the refusal of German authorities to unveil the extensive collection of early Korans found in Yemen and subsequently taken to Germany. These documents are reported to be quite different than today's Koran, and as such, would strike a massive blow to the core belief of militant Muslims that the Koran is the divine, unaltered word of God... a claim that is central to their validity. Yet Germany refuses to release these old Korans, even though to do so would help the world fight against the supremacist claims of Al Qaeda and friends.
Hmmm... too many Germans seem to get all deferential when facing violent, authoritarian political movements. I guess some things never change.

Hard left ideologues have redefined "culture" (i.e beliefs and behaviors) as a subset of "race" (skin color) with a set goal in mind -- to legitimize and insulate beliefs and behaviors which commonly lead to failure, and therefore government dependence, from criticism. The reason for this is obvious... the defection of the "urban ethnics" to Reagan back in the eighties. Before that time, the urban ethnics (Eastern/Southern European catholic and orthodox) were loyal Democrat voters, but as they assimilated into mainstream America, their party loyalty waned.
Today's left learned their lesson well -- keep the poor and needy poor and needy... lest they vote for the other guys.
So any discussion of race must begin with this point -- discrimination based on inborn traits (skin color) is wrong, criticism of learned traits (beliefs and behaviors) is A.O.K... and in fact is necessary for any society to climb from poverty and serfdom into prosperity and freedom.
In short -- there are lifestyles that lead to success and others that lead to failure. Spread the former, discourage the latter. And remember... government dependence is not a stepping stone on the path to success.

I'll bet most people would be disgusted by that behavior... if they knew it was going on. Perhaps someone needs to get some undercover video of those brownshirts, and publish it somewhere on the internet. Show the people how "open, honest, and fair" the debate actually is.

Sell yourselves as sober stewards of the land, emphasizing "responsible use" of our resources. Make the other guys defend their belief that "prosperity equals exploitation".
