What a sad day for this man's family. I will keep his family in prayers.
Yep we can all breathe easier this person is caught.
I think if I remember right, this child was forced to wear the tape all day and the other children laughed at this child. This is a form of abuse and it should not be tolerated. We have anti-bullying laws in the state but it has no teeth in them. Maybe it would be nice to have this teacher wear duct tape all day as well? Then he or she could be tormented like this child was.
I feel no kid, special ed or not deserves to not be treated like this. Each child deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately these children are often teased and bullied. It is sad that a teacher is dishing this out. A teacher is suppose to set an example to their students they teach. The decent thing this school system should do is fire this teacher. All too often teachers have a tendency to turn their back on the children when there is trouble. Like ignoring the situation will make it go away. This is a form of what is going on nationally and it needs to stop.
Are you kidding. Not from where I am sitting. I just finished talking to another unemployed person who is homeless. The number of unemployed in Elkhart County is still too high.
He'll probably just get a slap on the wrist and told to behave himself. Most of the time thats all a police officer gets. What gets me is he is suppose to protect citizens from criminals, here he is a criminal himself. Here the police thinks that they are better than anybody else here he below the standards of an honest working person.
I hope and pray everyone is alright. I hope the good Lord is looking out for everyone at this accident.
Well how ever this will end up hopefully the truth will come out. This might be construed as slander. I feel this is definately an abuse of power by the excise police. It also looks like an obstruction of justice too, because it looks as though these excise police purposefully hung on to the video til the time element ran out on being able to use the video for blue jeans owners! These excise police should lose their jobs as well as their homes.
After serving just one year?! Has she been rehabilitated? I would think she would have to serve at least half her sentence. I guess because she was a teacher that makes a difference? Where is the justice here? Can someone explain this to me? Please be civil about this when you explain this to me. I just don't understand.
What a sad time for this man's best friend. This company should pay for another best friend and also pay for the emotional distress this man is gong through. My heart goes out to this man. I think you have a lot of people here on your side. I hope you can recover from this experience.
