Just as parents may not know, neither does any one else. It is the right of the parents to make that decision, whether or not you may find just reason for their decisions you can not know what anybody else knows. That is why individual liberty is so important so that we can serve each other to the best of our abilities and not by the best of a bureaucrat's abilities. There is no 'one size fits all' solution. That is but the pretense for tyranny.
