The teachers are substandard and the schools teach to the lowest common denominator ( the NOT smartest kids ). There is no real challenge for excellence. It is sad and discouraging to see our little town waste away. Businesses don't move to places with NOT smart populations. School administration used to be comprised of excellent teachers that knew how to run a classroom. The administration "Czars" now have to have a MBA or PhD, to be hired now. Hmmm.
