Thing is, I&amp;#039;m sitting on a list of about 5000 blogs, and the only thing stopping me letting people browse/comment/subscribe to feeds for the country/region/city/neighbourhood level of their choice, is the more-or-less manual job of tagging all these blogs. Maybe I could crowdsource that job, then we&amp;#039;d be on our way... </description>
