What if Shalom is found innocent in his appeal? What if it is true his main concern was in fact the kosher considerations of his products and he relied on others for the plant operations? I may be naive but all indicators say this in an honorable man. Does Shalom's supposed crimes excuse the Feds from destroying Postville?
