I took a 'how to buy a house' class at the local Nieghborhood Housing Services (NHS) I didn't realize until a few years later that it was an acorn affliated group. When Sen. Lieberman was up for re-election I started getting calls from the Working Family Party. I couldn't figure out who or why I was getting these calls. Now I do.

fyi: NHS of New Britain occasionally rehabs houses (with govt money) that they then hold a lottery to people who have taken their class. Very shortly after I took the class, they raffled off a house - but they never informed me - nor did I see any local notices about the house. A logical place for a notice of this sort would be the local library but they didn't put it there.

Moore played Hannity and Hannity fell for it. Instead of countering with real facts or not falling for Moore's traps, Hannity, an intellectual lightweight, could only rely on his 'it's all about me' response. "I wrote a book, maybe you read it? on this....." "I went to mass this weekend and no I don't remember what the mass was 2 days ago, I got there late or something". I'm surprised he didn't give the "Rev. Wright G D America, Bill Ayers.... blah, blah, blah" spiel. Unless he did but I turned the channel by then, It was too painful. Moore choose Hannity over Beck or even, gasp, O'Reilly, because he knew he could play Hannity.

So sad. Even if it WAS racism, and I'm not saying it was. This is just shutting down any critical thinking of Obama and will make the election of a Black person harder in the future - because who wants to vote for someone who will call you names.
