You are correct. Also with the stairs and the various posts used to support the main floor greatly reduces the amount of unobstructed space for a rather large room. Plenty of space remains for storage. Other than new windows and a new door to the outside, the basement is probably left much as it was.

If you look at the basement pictures in the renovation process, there seems to plenty of room to develop something. The basement area is the same as the first floor area minus the mudroom and stairway.

All of these drinks sound interesting and are probably very delicious.

It is a city sign and can be seen by going to Google Earth. It reads "No Parking This Side Of Street". You can park on the other side but the street is narrow. Also, there are no sidewalks.

I am impressed with how the gutters have been installed to handle the rain water. However, there does not seem to be any way to handle the rain water coming off the roof to the left of the kitchen door. Am I missing something?

Although there are no after pictures of the basement, the Mudroom takes up a small portion of the basement. There is also a door in the Mudroom and a door under the deck leading to the basement.

With regard to the two bedrooms, it appears to be Urban Clutter rather than Urban Oasis.
