She will lose this suit, and then everybody is going to say that it was because she is a Christian and was discriminated against when, in fact, it was because she had a weak, frivolous suit. With all superiority aside, this message board makes me feel pretty hopeless that any decent resolution will ever be made between citizens of this country. Both sides have WAY too many people who knee-jerk everything, blow it all out of proportion, and abandon all reason and reasonableness. Half of the schlubs get their paradigm from Beck; the other half get it from Moore. Millions of people are arguing over issues that they have never put one ounce of true thought into.

You are crying wolf here, so when the wolf really does attack, nobody is going to be listening. Pick your battles. Carrie has all the hallmarks of an opportunist, not a patriot.

A lawsuit settles nothing here, and she makes a mockery of her faith by turning this into an opportunity to take money from anyone, even if they were wrong to do what they did. Even if she gives the proceeds to a good cause, her lawyers- I guarantee- walk away the real monetary winners. It just comes off as disingenuous for her to say that she has been harmed by the actions of the Miss California people. Her earning potential went through the roof because of what happened, and if she has such sincerely held beliefs, then no amount of criticism should make her waver. Give it a rest, Carrie. The victim card makes you look really weak.
