high-resolution, network connected cameras posted everywhere publicly will soon be the reality.
The cameras will be the interface to a system that can (among other things) positively identify a person by examining the image of the retina and using facial recognition as a fall-back.

At that point, you can be sent a bill for simply leaving your home.

Yeah, I'm sure that it is a monumental conspiracy, enacted solely to target "communities of color". All the big conglomerates probably have ethnically coded maps to distinguish specific coordinates for disposing of all toxic and hazardous waste.
It is actually all orchestrated by George W. Bush himself, but I bet that you already knew that.

Labor and big union pressing for higher taxes... how ironic. The 2 groups whom earn the most income for the least amount of work performed...
Perhaps, they should consider working more hours to better align themselves with the reality of the majority of the "wealthy" they seek to take income from.

The way to an efficacious and sustainable long-term economic future is better served by growing the revenue stream as the result of expanding it, not by demanding more from the current source.

Continually consuming the resources that are currently available without thought of alternate sources and you will eventually run out of resource to use. This is a truism that can be applied to most anything.
